Using And Creating A Private Mesage with Private Notes

I’m a little bit of a control freak. I hate to be out of control, so I like to keep things in order and on schedule. The way I do that is by keeping my to-do list right there with me at all times. If I forget something on the list, it’s almost always one thing. So when I was recently asked by a friend how I managed to get through life without letting my list take over, I thought about the answer for quite some time. When I finally came up with an answer, I realized it wasn’t really an answer but rather a question. The option such as private messages are one of the effective online tool to help in managing task. Generally, people forget things, so this option can help the user to maintain the records of there daily work in one place and get the desired options from them. If you want to be regular and have better control. Than choose such features today over other for daily management stuffs.

The question was, “How do you manage your daily tasks?” The answer was, “By not allowing them to take over me.” That’s pretty much what I told her. It’s an easy answer to give because we all know how difficult it can be to get anything done. But, it’s also an answer that has nothing to do with managing our lives or getting things done. Instead, it’s about taking back our ability to control our lives and create a private note as a means to help us stay organized.

So let me explain.

When I first started using a to-do list, it was very helpful. It allowed me to focus on only those items on the list that were important enough to put down on paper. Unfortunately, as time went on, I found myself adding more and more to the list until it became too big to handle. When that happened, I would get overwhelmed and feel completely out of control. Then I started making excuses as to why I couldn’t get everything done. I’d say to myself, “Oh, it’s just too much to get done today,” which led me to add even more to the list. Before I knew it, I had turned into a slave driver, making lists that were too long and then feeling guilty for not being able to complete them all.

That’s when I decided to stop using a to-do list altogether. For me, it was more than just a tool for getting things done; it was a crutch. In order to stop relying on the list, I decided to use a private note instead. Now, if I have a task that needs to be accomplished, I will write it down on a piece of paper and carry it around with me wherever I go. This keeps me from forgetting about the task or getting distracted while trying to work on it. It also helps me to focus on the task itself. By writing down the task on a piece of paper and carrying it around with me, I am not relying on other people to remind me about it. As soon as I realize I need to remember it, I’ll simply pull the paper out of my pocket and jot it down.

But don’t think that this is the end of the story. Because once I start working on a task, I find that I become very attached to it. I want to finish it before moving onto another task. This causes me to lose sight of the fact that I have a lot of other tasks waiting to be completed. At this point, I will grab a second sheet of paper and write down the next item on my list. Once I get through the current task, I’ll move on to the next task on the list. And so, it goes…until I’ve gotten through all of my tasks.

Now, it may seem odd that I would put aside a sheet of paper to write out the next item on the list, yet still have it available to write down new tasks if needed. But that’s exactly where the private note comes in handy. Not only does it help me to remember what I need to do, it allows me to move forward and accomplish my goals without having to worry about what else I need to do. It gives me the freedom to concentrate solely on accomplishing the task at hand.

I love this method of using private notes because they allow me to be in control of my life. They’re simple, effective tools that can help me to achieve my personal and professional goals. So the next time someone asks you how you manage to get everything done each day, just tell them you don’t rely on a to-do list anymore. Tell them you use private notes instead. After all, isn’t it better to be in control of your own life?
